Most services have returned to the new ‘normal’. Upon entering all of our programming sites: All must wear a face covering A sign-in procedure is required (temperature will be taken during a short questionnaire) Please contact your service location for hours and restrictions:
Albion office, 409 East State Street, Case Management by appointment only, MUST call first 589-5605 x 105. Food pantry open Monday – Friday 8am-Noon. Batavia office, 5073 Clinton Street Road, Case Management by appointment only MUST call first 343-7798. Food pantry Monday – Friday 9am – 1pm. Clothing Closet is not open. Donations are NOT being accepted. Head Start / Early Head Start - Call: (585) 589-5683. Eastern Orleans Community Center (Holley)open for limited lunches call 638-6395. Food pantry open Monday - Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm. Main Street Thrift Storeopen Wednesday – Saturday 10:30am – 5:00pm. Accepting donations using the following guidelines: Where and When: Behind laundromat – ring bell/call 589-1430- get assistance from staff to put donations in POD. Wednesday – Friday 8am-3:30pm, other times – call for an appointment. What: Clothing, household, furniture, collectibles – CLEAN, and in GOOD to GREAT CONDITION. Exceptions: No toys, stuffed animals, dirty items, garage sale leftovers, house cleanouts, heavy or large containers, magazines. Items MUST be in working condition, not broken or parts missing, Large and Small Appliances must be CLEAN and in working condition. Containers for donated items: Smaller boxes and/or bags (13 gallons or smaller – NO large bags or oversized boxes) Due to Covid-19 constraints, Donations just left outside building will be disposed of.
